Applications:LY 311727 is an inhibitor of secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2) and can be used to block Pseudomonas aeruginosa cytotoxicity. It can also attenuate VEGF-mediated platelet-activating factor (PAF) synthesis in HUVEC and BAEC cells.
