Applications:cis-4-​[[2-​(1H-​Benzimidazol-​6-​ylamino)​-​8-​quinazolinyl]​oxy]​-​cyclohexanol inhibits Traf2 and Nck-interacting protein kinase (TNIK). TNIK is involved with Canonical Wnt/b-catenin signalling, which has regulatory roles in maintaining intestinal stem cells and aberration in this pathway has been implicated in colorectal carcinogenesis. TNIK is a therapeutic target.
